Our Proofreading Process
Our streamlined process comprises extensive proofreading (spelling/typos, grammar, punctuation) and editing (sentence structure, coherency and flow, concise and clear use of language, academic terminology/tone). We ‘polish up’ your manuscript and prepare it for publication or print. We track all of the changes made to your work, so that you can go over all of the changes made and choose whether to accept or reject each change. Both the tracked changes version and a final clean version of your manuscript are sent back to you. We also add comments on where you can potentially improve your writing. A final rigorous quality assurance check is then performed by a second proofreader to ensure the manuscript is sent back error-free.

Our team consists of subject-matter experts, with advanced qualifications at the Master’s and PhD level from top Universities. Every proofreader specializes in a specific discipline, and would edit manuscripts within the scope of their specialization.
